We're going to need a little more information about your question.

-Which model Mac?
-What version of OS X are you running now?
-Do you have a current Time Machine or other backup of your data?
-Does your SSD really only have 18.9 MB of free space? That will prevent a reinstall.
-Why are you reinstalling OS X? Are you having issues?
