My new Mac doesn't want to charge

I recently got a Macbook Air a few weeks ago and everything seems fine until today. It doesn't want to charge, not a bit. I plugged it in and yet nothing changes. I saw this fix but I did everything as instructed but still didn't work. Any other recommendations?

If you are able, take it to your nearest apple store to have them look at it seeing as how you have only just got it.
