Hi! I'm experiencing a kernel panic issue with my Mac Mini after it enters sleep mode. It restarts as expected, but upon logging in, I'm greeted with a "Your Mac restarted because of a problem" notification. I analyzed the kernel panic log using ChatGPT, which indicated the issue might be related to a DisplayPort timeout. My setup involves connecting the Mac Mini to a monitor through HDMI, while my PC, which is typically in sleep mode when I'm on the Mac Mini, is connected to the same monitor via DisplayPort.
Any suggestions are welcomed!

The 1st thing to try when your Mac crashes while sleeping is to disable PowerNap. This has resolved it for me on several Macs.

Since the kernel panic log pointed to a DisplayPort timeout, it might be worth trying a few things. You could start by updating your Mac's OS and any connected peripherals' firmware to the latest versions. Also, try disconnecting the PC from the monitor or switching the Mac Mini to use DisplayPort and see if that changes anything. If the problem persists, an HDMI splitter might help isolate the connections better.
