My mac mini hdd failed..

hdd failed on 2011 mac mini. i put in new hdd. (ssd) i heal command R and did recovery. .. then i discovered it installed os 10.8. app store doesnt work because Safari is too old.. so i cant update the os. Downloaded os 10.12 on usb and got it copied over to desktop. ran it and it created the installer app. ran the app this morning and it updated. but now its asking for keychain password... sigh. how can i get a image of 10.12 on a usb stick read for clean install.

oh nevermind.. i found a post saying to delete the Alphanumeric Folder in hidden Library folder. which is accessible from the finder app by selecting File in top left and goto folder and inputting ~Library in the search area. this fixed the keychain issues.
