Mouse Movement Problem

Does anyone have an advice for a problem with a mouse! Mac book pro
My mouse just keeps moving by itself and clicking things so I need to sort it out asap!
I've updated the software because I thought that may help

If this is happening while you are typing then you are most likely brushing the trackpad with the edge of you hands.

If it happening without your hands touching the computer at all then its a hardware problem and needs to be taken to an Apple Service Centre near you.
