I've been using a regular wired mouse with my Mac with no problems. Just recently I installed a program called Controllermate to try to make a usb game controller work. After the install and a computer restart the mouse movement was totally screwed up. It would slow down to a near stop and overall was just completely unusable. Right now I'm using Smoothmouse and it's a lot better but not quite right. I'd like to be able to go back to how everything worked before. I uninstalled Controllermate and have tried resetting and shutting down, but without Smoothmouse on now the mouse movement still won't go back to normal.
