I have started getting messages on my ipad 2 although it has no sim card.They don't show up on my iPhone. Not all Text messages but a couple. My sister sent about 10 text messages the last 2 days and all appear on the ipad and none on the phone. Any ideas?

-Is this an actual iPad 2 with Dock connector?
-Which version of iOS is installed?
-Is it connected to Wi-Fi?
Did you check the Messages app and Settings > Messages and confirm there is an account setup? If so, try signing out of it and the messaging should stop.
It may be getting non-SMS messages over Wi-Fi.

In the meantime I have deleted anything to do with iCloud and the problem has stoped. It was sending over wifi from my icloud email address. One message even rang her Home phone and I assume it was Siri that asked her what I had typed in my text message to her. Scary!!
