When I log onto the internet the mail does not download onto my computer and I only seem to be able to read it on line. Is there anything I need to do to change the settings on the computer?

Thank you for replying. This is my first time on a blog site (if this is one) and I am still trying to get to grips with my MacBook. My ISP is Orangebubble. The problem I am having is that I can see my e mails on the MacBook side of the computer, so I assume this is the on line filing system, but they hare not getting transferred to tmy computer side of things.
