Mail (the postage stamp with the bird)

I have Lost Mail.
Even the spotlight help shows nothing.
I have reloaded using the two discs supplied, but it still does not appear anywhere.
Running Mac os x 10.4.10

Even re-installing your system from the disk the application did not appear? It is bundled with OS X.
