Mail Accounts

I currently have two email accounts linked with the Mail program. I would like to link another two, but I do not want emails to these addresses to show up in my master 'Inbox' folder, but instead in a separate folder. How do I do this?

You have currently two Mail-Accounts in Mail.app, right?
So there is a triangle next to "Inbox" that shows you each inbox individually.
If you add more Mail-Accounts, there will be an inbox for each account.

The main Inbox will remain the same, its the complete inbox of all accounts.
Intelligent Folders can be used to show something different.
