Hi,..Im running mac mail on iMac 10.12.1. Im running the exact same set up on several other computers.
On this particular iMac 1 of my email accounts doesn't t show up properly, in internet accounts it just shows notes associated with it. If i remove it, it gets removed from all my other computers, if i try to re-add.. I'm adding a duplicate. This is only happening on this one machine, I'm suspecting its a keychain issue some where but any helpful hint would be really appreciated. Thank for your time.

Hello,

Not sure why it would be removed from other Macs as well.

-Are you signed into iCloud on all with the same Apple ID?
-Do you have Keychain sync enabled?

Hello. Yes all signed into iCloud with keychain sync on, so when removed from one, removes from all. Thanks for looking, Glenn

The iCloud settings are per device, so if you remove an email account from one Mac, it shouldn't remove it from all.

-Are all the Macs running Sierra?
-Do you have any iOS devices and does it remove the account from them as well?
-Are the user accounts on each Mac local accounts, or managed network accounts?

Strange issue indeed.

Hi. All mac are running Sierra, i do have iOS devices that it will remove from too. Acounts I believe are local. I placed my laptop next to the iMac, tried to remove... message pops up on laptop.. 'Do you want to remove XXXXXX from this machine'.... with options remove... or remove. I can't figure it out. Thanks Glenn
