MacOS password do not sync with Windows AD server

I have a macbook pro with running the macOS Ventura and joined the AD. Now the local password did not auto sync with the AD server. Try the NoMad but no luck.

Anyone have the similar issue ?

  • Which model MacBook Pro?
  • How was the Mac bound to AD and did you verify the settings after it was joined?
  • Are you on the same network as the AD server?
  • Was the local account already setup before you joined AD?
  • Is the Mac managed by Jamf?
