MacOS Ventura Background notifications

Received a bunch of background notifications yesterday. Has this bug been address yet?

  • What did the notifications say?

This occurred on MacOS Ventura 13.x. Macbook air 2018. Did get a screen shot, but it was a list of notification stating background items are being added.

I don’t think it’s a bug. If you don’t want notifications, you can turn it off, application by application in System Settings > Notifications > Application Notifications. You have to go through the long list of applications to control how each one behaves. I have a lot of them turned OFF, and it took a lot of work.
