My MacBookPro late 2013 (Big Sur) produces bad sound via the internal speakers. My experience is principally based on conference calls. The speakers produces a tinny sound if people speak loudly, but when I turn down the volume I cannot hear what is spoken at a lower volume.
How can I improve this or get around that problem?
Are external speakers mostly doing better? Who has experience or recommandations?
