Mac Grapher

Hi,
In Grapher, is there a way of inputting and plotting individual points for purposes of showing how a curve can be created from data. I'm not thinking of anything as sophisticated as curve fitting, just a basic instructional demo.

More generally, I haven't come across what I would call a really useful guide to Grapher. Does anyone know of one?

I guess there are probably better graphing Apps for Mac out there than Grapher. What are peoples' favourites?

Hello,

I have only used Grapher a couple of times, so I am not very familiar with its usage and advanced features. I personally haven't had a need for its functionality, so I don't know of any comparable applications.

As far as documentation, I only know of Apple's Grapher User Guide.
