LOST TOP MENU BAR

For some reason something happened to the top Menu Bar on my Display and my Menu bar at the top of my Display stays hidden until I click on it to see it. works like it is automatic, It stays hidden until i click on it to see it. I want it back permanently, like normal, what can I do to fix this? thank you all .

Open System Preferences > General. Check if the option to “Automatically hide and show the menu bar” is ticked, if it is, untick it.
