Kernel Error on Mac Mini NEED HELP

ok now i dont know if its the right thread to post in but o well


Problem: I accidentally removed some of my apps including safari
so i went and got my Mac OS X Tiger disk and went to reinstall all of it but i get the Kernel Panic screen and i dont know how to fix it ive tried everything can someone please help me

by the way i have a mac mini
