Just recently I bought a new iMac desktop, and moved my iTunes library over from my old iMac, but when trying to sync new songs to my iPod I get the message stating that this computer is no longer authorised to play items purchased from iTunes store. When I try to authorise the iPod it asks me to enter a code which was sent to my old computer, which I no longer have ! Can anyone advise me how to fix this, or can a factory re set of my iPod fix this problem ?
