I had Authenticator on my old iPhone but I managed to murder said phone. I am trying to manually set up my new phone, but can not figure out how to retrieve what looks like a 16 digit "KEY". HELP???

I am not familiar with Authenticator. I assume you mean either Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator? If so, you would need to work with their customer support.

Can you upload a photo of the 16 digit key you mentioned?
