IPhone rings through my laptop if open

How do I avoid my laptop to ring when i am receiving a phone call on my phone. I do not want to interrupt my Skype video call with it ringing....is there a way to shut this feature off?

Are you talking about a certain app being used on both phone/laptop?

not that I am aware of. I just know that when my laptop is open and I am working in it, my phone rings through the computer. I can answer my phone from my laptop, but I do not want this when I am on Skype or a conference Skype. my phone rings through and its annoying and I have to immediately end call. is there a way to shut that feature off.
