how can I project youtube videos from iPad series 5 (lightning) thru projector?

If you mean an iPad (5th generation) (Wi-Fi) with Lightning connector, then one of these should work depending on the inputs on your projector:

Apple Lightning Digital AV Adapter (HDMI)
Apple Lightning to VGA Adapter (VGA)
