Cleared my cache but some web pages are very slow to download and others keep reloading and box says there was a problem. Help please

OK, thanks.
I have seen that with older iPads runninging iOS 12.5.1 and earlier. Some websites require newer security features found in more recent versions of iOS/Safari, and they just won't load properly.
I happen to have an iPad Air here running iOS 12.5.1. Feel free to post some of the websites, and I will test them on mine.
