IMovie on refurb MacBook air

Hi,looking to purchase a late 2015 MacBook air and need to know whether I will be able to install iMovie....
It's my first MacBook so haven't had iMovie installed on a device previously nor do I have anyone else with a newer device to copy it across.
Just winder if it will be accessible in the store or whether it will even be pre installed.
That's my budget by the way,i can't afford a m1 or later.
Device will initially be on Catalina but upgrading to monteray upon receipt of it.

Hello and welcome.

iMovie will definitely be able to be installed. Depending on where your purchase the MacBook Air from, it may come with it preinstalled. If you have an Apple ID, you should have access to install it from the App Store app, as it is free.
