Icons in finder vs stacks.

In my Movies folder, I changed the icons of my movies to images of their covers. In the finder, they have the icons that I gave them, but in grid view in the movie stack on my dock, they still have the same thumbnails from before. I've tried restarting my dock and restarting my computer, but they still won't change. Attached are two screenshots, one of the Movies folder in the finder, one of it in a stack.

You are correct. The Dock is not Finder, you have changed the Finder Icons while the Dock is displaying the contents view. Can't see any way of changing that.
