I just sent my 2018 MacBook Pro to get repaired and a refurbished motherboard was put in. On the second time charging it, it would not charge. it just showed me low battery with an arrow to plug it in.

-Do you have another AC adapter to test it with?
-Have you tried flipping the connector or trying another USB-C port?

It may be a faulty replacement logic board/battery as well, but not as likely. You would then need to contact the folks who performed the repair.
