How to unmerge iCloud accounts?

I gave my older MBP to my daughter and upgraded it to Mavericks using (stupidly) my Apple ID. Now all her Contacts and my Contacts, Reminders, etc are merged. We need to separate all this. She has her own iPhone which may also have my Apple ID because she got the phone when my Verizon contract ended and I let her use my info to get her new phone then, which Verizon let us do. I also have my own MBP and an iMac, all Mavericks.

System Preferences > iCloud
Log out of your and enter hers.

same on the iPhone Settings > iCloud
