How to prevent SSD from filling

Hello

I have an iMac running Big Sur with a 100 GB SSD and a 1TB HDD. The OS is installed on the SSD, and so all my applications are there, too. I'm trying to use Outlook for Mac but the amount of email attachments I have causes my SSD to fill up.

Is there any way to either offload Outlook to the HDD, change the settings in Outlook for Mac, or otherwise solve this problem to prevent my SSD from filling up?

(Note: Deleting the attachments from email is not a solution due to work requirements).

Hello and welcome.

-Which exact model iMac?
-Is this an Apple Fusion drive, or did you break the Fusion Drive or custom install an SSD?

I am not sure you can change where Outlook stores its mailboxes (like you can with iTunes/Music/etc.), as applications store their data in your hidden User > Library folder. If macOS is installed on the SSD, then that is where Outlook will store its email/mailboxes.
