What led to failure??
1. On my SMARTDISK FIRELITE external hard drive, I changed permissions to "No Access," except for the Owner
2. Before I shut down I tried to change the permissions (just to make sure I could!) but I could not change permissions back to the original settings
3. Upon restart the SMARTDISK FIRELITE longer mounts.
If I go to disk utility, it appears and it says that it needs no repair. But I can't find any file from my smartdisk, and it doesn't appear on the desktop.
What can I do??? Please Help!!!
