Help, lost my Powerbook Startup Discs

Hi there, Im new to the forum so please bear with me. I moved to the USA a couple of years ago having spent the last 30 years in Australia. Brought my Powerbook G4 with me, OSX 10.4.11... 1.67ghz. I have lost the start up discs in my travels and want to be able to verify the hard drive and repair it if necessary. How to I reaquire the discs? Can I make up a new set using Disc Utility?
