HI everybody! I'm glad to be here, and am looking forward to both learning things, and making contributions.

Here's some info on my Apple/Mac experience:

1. Started using an Apple IIE in 1981, then an Apple IIGS in 1985.

2. Used an original Mac at my employer back in 1984. Quite an experience!

3. Moved to Macs in 1996, by purchasing a Power Mac 6100. Went through numerous Macs since then.

4. Presently have a Mac Mini 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7 desktop machine, and a Mac Book Air 13".

5. Using the latest version of Mavericks.
