When you make a post requesting assistance, please include the following:
1. The exact Mac OS you are running.
2. Your exact Mac model.
3. Anything that you have tried to remedy the issue.
Also, it is best if you 1) perform disk cleanup/maintenance/repairs, from a software perspective, on a regular basis, and 2) make backups frequently to an external device.
