Font too small

Hi Cory or anyone who can help me.

I bought a new Mac Book Air
OS X El Capitan 10.11.3

I cannot read the font on anything. I don't know how to change it as I can't read the instructions.

I am on another notebook right now, hoping that you can instruct me with detail so I can do it (sort of blind), haha

Also, you should download and install the OS 10.11.5 Combo Updater, which you can obtain from here:

By the way, I hope you like your MacBook Air. I have a mid 2013 13" model, with a 256 gig SSD, and it works great! Make sure to "take care of it", regarding disk cleanup/maintenance/repairs, and backing it up to an external device.

Also, what about icons, and items in the dock? Can you read them?
