When you make such a post, it is important that you provide additional information:
1. Exact Mac model.
2. Exact Mac OS you are using.
3. Making any backups to an external device?
4. Have you ever done any disk cleanup/maintenance/repairs?
You also need to state your issue in a more succinct manner. When you get such a message, can you still use the internet?
