Our 2017 MacBook Pro will not connect to the internet (Displays “you are not connected to the internet”). Our iPhones work and iPad mini are connecting, only the MacBook is not. How do we fix this problem?
Thanks in advance for any help

First, what exact Mac OS are you running?

Secondly, who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

Third, how are you "wired" for internet connectivity? Usually one needs a modem and a router (or an "all in one unit" device) to connect. And part of that connectivity involves a hard wired, Ethernet connection with a computer.

Fourth, are you trying to connect through WiFi for the MacBook Pro? Even if you are, is there a modem and a router in your place?
