Eliminate "my card"

I have created a couple of accounts for my contacts, but they create a "My Card" with my AppleID in them. I only want one "My Card" for my contacts.

I added my wife's account to my account and it has my wife's card in it as a "My Card". Yes, it should be "My Card" on her devices.

The trouble is, when I have her account on my computer, the photos for each other keep getting overlayed. This is in contacts, and our AppleID photos.
