I recently ran into a difficulty of a DVD reading where a message came back that a DVD could not be played due to it's being from an incorrect region. I had played the same DVD on a Blue Ray/DVD stand alone player with no difficulties. I am currently running macOS Catalina using Final DVD as an application which I found out from the app creator would read the appropriate file extension that being .vob. Still when attempting the DVD I get the incorrect region error code. Any ideas? Thanks!
