Disk utility on new Mac running Monterey

When I click on disk utility..... I get. "The application “Disk Utility” can’t be opened."
12.2.1 latest version for an Apple M1 machine. Clean install of the system

Hello,

Is the version of Disk Utility in your Utilities folder 21.0? That is what I have on macOS Monterey 12.2.1 on my M1 mini.
