I've bought a 16inch Macbook pro m1 with Monterey 12.5. Whenever I plug in a flash drive or an external hard drive I get this error: disk not ejected properly

I did some searching and found out it's a very common problem. I tried some of the solutions that were put out there but none worked for me.

Do you have the same problem?

Should I worried about the external drives' health?

i had a similar problem with a 40 gig HD, that would often com up with similar error messgaes... and often stop copying to mid copying. I found the problem was a faulty power supply adapter. bought a new adaptor and never had that problem ever again. if it is happening form USB powered devices, how many devices ar plugged in, Hubs. ? etc. can often draw more power that the ports can reliably handle. Regards, Sandy
