Create Folder and Subfolders

Hi, I am new to Automator

All i want to do is to have a script which creates a folder with job number and description and then creates automatically all the subfolders which may or may not contain the same job number and description.

Maybe i can start with duplicating an excising folder structure? Attached a sample.
