Entourage won't let me create new folders

My bosses Entourage program is stone walling her from creating new folders for her to store e-mails and other notes. Every time she attempts to create a new folder it gives her an error message:
Invalid Mailbox Name

Explanation:
The IMAP folder could not be created.

Error: 1025

Does anyone know what this means?
