Constant OS X crashes

Recently my graphics card died on my late 2008 Macbook Pro, so I sent it in. A few days in and I'm getting multiple daily crashes of OS X.

First it usually says all my startup disk is full, when I'm merely running iChat and Safari. I have 7.0 GB free, trash is emptied.

At first I thought maybe they installed my RAM wrong,but I'm getting both 1GB banks as status : OK.

Really lost at what to do, I have a show tomorrow night in which I need my comp. Help much appreciated !

George, it sounds like Apple did not do the right card install. I'd take your Mac back and ask them to fix the problem. Have you tried to boot from the install disk and verify the disk to see if there are any problems?
