Computer wakes up intermittently

cant seem to stop my Mac waking up unexpectedly. this issue started in the Mojave era and continues with the latest download Ventura. Have never been able to find a solution

Hello,
  • Which model Mac?
  • Which version of macOS?
  • Do you have any external devices connected (other than keyboard/mouse?
  • Are you using Wi-Fi, Ethernet, both?
  • Do you have  > System Preferences... > Energy Saver > Wake for network access enabled on Wi-Fi/Ethernet?
