Computer Identity

Hello,

I just switched over from a PC to a Mac...:)

I was given last years Mac Book Pro from my father and it has his name and such as the computers identity. I was able to swich my name in accounts, but I don't think that completely changed info from his name to mine -- as when i go to Apple --> 'about this mac' his name still appears up top...

How do I change things to my name?

Hello, you might want to consider erasing the hard drve and reinstalling the O.S. This way your Dad's account will no longer be there, you get a fresh O.S. and you can set it up to your heart's desire.
