Changing a default icon on the dock

Specifically I got a "globe" icon when I created a shortcut to Gaia, but when I created a shortcut to Audible Books I got the name icon. How can I change the icons to specific graphics (logos of each app)?

-Can you share a screenshot of the icons on the Dock?

I don't believe you can change the icon manually.
