Changing Desktop Photo/Scene During Normal Usage Easily ?

Hello,

Running Mojave on an iMac Desktop.

I have a really nice file of photos I use for my Desktop, and also for my ScreenSaver.

Have looked into trying to slow down the Screen Saver changes, but it appears that it is just
about impossible without going into the Registry, etc. Way too fast.

Surprised they don't provide an option for this.

Anyway, for my Desktop during normal usage, is there any simple key,
or key combination that will change it to the next Desktop photo in the file ?

Thanks,
Bob

Hello and welcome.

I don't know if any way to adjust the timing in a screen saver slideshow. You can set the desktop photo change duration however.

Also, there isn't a registry on a Mac like there is on a Windows box, so there isn't any way to edit in that way.

Hi,

Thanks for reply, andall the previous help.

Surprising they don't have options for these.

Hi,

Agreed...a lot of folks have the same opinion. Not sure why they never added that feature, but as of now, it's not an option.
