Can't fully remove Clamxav App

Hi all, I downloaded a trial version of Clamxav, then tried to remove it when it expired. I Googled how to remove it and followed directions to open each file in "library" and delete anything that said "clamxav". Now I keep getting this error pop-up. I think this bit of the app that's left on my Mac is slowing down my internet speed. How do I get rid of it?

I use a Macbook AIr and Mojave. Thanks!

I assume you did a manual uninstall. Try using the ClamXAV Uninstaller: ClamXAV - FAQ

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the download the uninstaller link.
