Can't finish any download

Hi guys

I am battling to download anything either on Safari or Apple Store. They begin but never finish.

I also get these pop-ups "Do you want the application “ResultsMaster” to accept incoming network connections?

Hello and welcome.

It seems that you have a network monitoring application installed that may be blocking downloads, or you have malware. You could try using the free version of Malwarebytes for Mac to check and remove any malware that may be causing the issue.

Thanks Cory, My iMac running well now I used this to detect corrupt files then all went well and managed to download Mojave.

Click “Free Download” button, open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

Click on the bouncing EtreCheck icon in the Dock.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.



Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” .
