bRAND NEW IMAC WILL NOT START

I hear the welcome sound, se an apple and a cirkel running.

Noting else.

I read the manual, pressed alternative key simultaniously with power - still noting.

If it was a PC i would have booted from CD-drive. This is not possible.

What do i do?
The PC is bought 4 days ago and never been online.

Take it back to the shop you bought it from and get them to run it for you.
