Hi.
I have a slight problem.
I just got 1TB external fire-wire drive, but when I restore an image of Os to a 10GB partition on it, I just cant boot from it.
I set the drive in startup as startup (well, ddd). but it doesnt work. The same goes if I simply restart and hold option-key - icon of the internal drive is shown and I can refresh all day, but the FW drive will not appear.
What is the problem? Is it possible, that my external drive just cannot boot on my mac? Drivers?
I have a PowerBook G4 Alu 1,5Ghz, HD is Western Digital ( http://www.wdc.com/en/products/Products.asp?DriveID=374 ) on firewire800.
