A week ago the power went out while I was using my imac, after turning it back on it only showed a folder with a question mark and then the screen went black. It wouldn't come up with anything else, just the folder and then black screen.
I moved my computer to a different room, plugged it back in again, and it works now.
Does anyone know why it would do this? Are there any diagnostic tools I can use to scan my mac for problems?
I'm using Mac OS X Ver 10.3.9 with 1.8Ghz PowerPC G5
